Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase at Ionix Labs within 14 days, without giving any reason.

Fill in the form below and select Confirm withdrawal. We will email you a confirmation that your request was received, with the date and time we received it.

What happens after you confirm

• We email you a confirmation of receipt. Your 14 days and your refund are counted from the moment you submit this form, not from the moment we reply.
• If your order has not shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you.
• If your order is already on its way or delivered, we email you the return address and instructions.

Your refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method you used at checkout. The refund includes the standard delivery cost you paid on the original order. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund the standard rate.

Where the goods were already delivered, we may hold the refund until we receive the items back, or until you send us proof that you posted them, whichever comes first.

Return shipping

You cover the cost of sending the items back, and the items should reach us within 14 days of your withdrawal request. Please return them in a condition that allows resale: unused, with any seals intact, and in the original packaging where possible.

When this right does not apply

• Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once the seal has been broken.
• Goods that spoil quickly or have passed their expiry date.
• Digital content you downloaded or streamed after agreeing to start immediately.
• Services fully performed at your request before the 14 days ended.
